Returns & Shipping

Returns Policy

We guarantee your absolute satisfaction. If you feel your high expectations from our shoes have not been met, you can return our merchandise to us within a 30 day window for a full refund (except sale items).  All returns must be in clean, resellable condition.  If items were purchased online and are sent back to us in any other condition they will not be accepted. The item must be in the complete and original packaging. Proof of purchase is required to make a return.

Any product that is received dirty, soiled, or unable to resell will be returned back. Within 90 days of the original date of purchase we will replace any item that is considered defective. Please keep in mind that this does not include damages caused by excessive wear and tear.

All sales of items "On Sale" are considered final and cannot be returned.

Please enclose the original packing slip which is included in your package along with all original packaging material. Packages returned in the original manufacturer's box (for example - Inov-8 shoes returned taped up with postage on the Inov-8 box) will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. We highly recommend you insure the package as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit. As soon as we receive your returned item a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take 4-5 business days to arrive back to us, plus up to another 7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Shipping Policy

All in-stock items will be shipped within 24 hours from Wauwatosa, WI 53226 via UPS or USPS.  Allow extra time on weekends and holidays.

Shipping Rates & Methods

  • Orders over $75 within the United States - USPS (FREE)

  • APO/FPO- $15 USPS Priority Mail

  • International - Charges calculated during checkout.  Methods we use are USPS First Class Mail International Parcels, USPS Priority Mail International Parcels, USPS Express Mail International, and UPS Worldwide Expedited

***Shipments made outside the United States do not qualify for free shipping.

  1. How long will it take for my order to arrive?  Free Shipping - 2-7 business days, UPS- See Map Below

  1. Does UPS or USPS deliver on a Saturday or Sunday?
    USPS delivers on Saturdays, but UPS does not.  All orders received over a weekend will ship out first thing Monday morning.

  2. Will I be notified when my order ships?
    Yes, absolutely. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automatically generated email notifying you that your order has shipped.

  3. Does Revolution Natural Running charge tax on my order?
    All orders being shipped outside the state of Wisconsin will not be charged any sales tax. Orders placed within Wisconsin will be charged sales tax.

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Revolution Natural Running so we will gladly provide a full refund of the original purchase price of any item that meets the criteria for a return.

You have a full 30 days to return any items purchased online that don't meet your needs. Simply return qualifying items to us within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund of the purchase price. Please see the Return Conditions and Returns Procedure below for more information.

 

Conditions for Returns

 

 

Footwear
We encourage our customers to try out shoes on clean indoor surfaces or a treadmill to get a feel for them in use. Shoes must be in new condition with no wear evident on the soles, interior, or uppers. To qualify for return, shoes must be accompanied by the original box and any packaging included.

If you have a product that you wish to return that does not meet one or more of these criteria, do not send it back to us. Please call and discuss your needs with a customer service representative.

 

Warranty Returns

 

Warranties range considerably from product to product. If you have a problem with something you purchased from us, and think it might be covered by a warranty or if you're not satisfied with it, please get in touch with us. We can explain specific warranties to you and help you return your product should a defect be present. If you're not satisfied with something, we'll be happy to discuss your situation and try and find an appropriate solution to the problem you're having. If your item is covered by a warranty we will authorize your return and provide instructions for returning it. Please note that if you return a product that does not meet the conditions for a normal return before discussing it with us, your item will be refused and returned to you at your cost.

When we receive the items back you will be refunded the original purchase price of your items. Any shipping costs to ship your items to you are not refundable, including Express and Priority shipping. You just have to ship the items back to us at your cost. The refund will be applied to the original method of payment you used when you made your original purchase.
